MellowNook Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at MellowNook. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
Item Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging intact and all tags and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: Please prepare your order number or receipt for verification.
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Products that have been used, opened or damaged after delivery
- Clearance and final sale items (where applicable)
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before sending back your item, you must email us at mellownookstore@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include your order number and return reason in your message.
Step 2: Ship the Item
Once your return request is approved, we will send you our official return shipping address.
Important Note: We highly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. You remain liable for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We take no responsibility for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs: Clear Terms
- Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: If you return items simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product or found a lower price elsewhere, you will cover all return shipping fees. The original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive defective, damaged or wrong items due to our error, we will fully cover all return shipping expenses. We will provide a pre-paid return label and refund your original delivery fees.
5. Refunds
Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you of your refund status.
Timing: If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow extra processing time for banks or payment platforms to post funds to your account.
Refund Amount: Only the full product price will be refunded. All shipping fees (original delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Additional Delivery Terms
If your order tracking shows "delivered", we will not issue refunds or reshipments without an official loss confirmation document from your local post office.
We do not offer refunds or reshipments if delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout to avoid delivery issues.
